School Year Camp Registration

After school camps, clubs and clinics allow students to expand the St. David's curriculum beyond the classroom. Academic and Athletic camps are offered each season. Times and cost vary for each event. After school camps are only open to current St. David's families.

Fall 2024 After-School Camps

Charlie Brown Holiday Club (PK-4^th grade) – October 25, November 15, December 13: This Charlie Brown themed club celebrates Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas with friends just like Charlie Brown and his gang. Students will make a craft, have a fun snack, play games and watch the Charlie Brown 30-minute movie that goes along with each holiday.

LEGO Club (PK-4^th grade) – Mondays from September 16 – October 14 (No meeting October 21) and Mondays from November 11 – December 9 (no meeting on November 25): LEGO Club helps develop creativity, building and engineering concepts, fine motor skills and fosters team-building and problem solving. Students will work to hone their skills each session working up towards building a final project on the last day to be displayed at school! Mondays after school

Mad Science Club (1^st – 4^th grade) – Tuesdays from September 10 – November 5 (no meeting October 1): Mad Science is coming to St. David's School! Through the course of Funky Forces Fun, children will play engineer, chemist, pilot—and magician! Children will investigate physics fundamentals and bring their scientific minds to motion and the ocean. Your Mad Scientists will be shocked by what they learn!

FAQs

What are the refund & cancellation policies?

Refunds:

Balances are due in full at time of registration. Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email) to one of our camp coordinators at AcademicCamps@sdsw.org or AthleticCamps@sdsw.org at least 2 weeks before the camp starts. All refunds, upon approval, will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be allowed after May 30 for Summer Camps. Unforeseen hardships and medical concerns will be handled on an individual basis.

Cancellations:

All summer camps require minimum enrollment. St. David’s reserves the right to cancel any camp due to under-enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Those cancellations will result in full refunds only when St. David’s cancels. You will be notified within no less than five days of the camp’s start if a cancellation will occur.

What should I bring to Summer Camp?

Camps might require additional needs to participate (sports equipment, food/water, paper/pen, etc). Most of this information can be found in the camp descriptions online, however if a camp has other items that are needed before the start of camp you can expect an email from your camp instructor detailing these. In general, it's best to wear comfortable clothing, closed toed shoes, and bring a water bottle and snack if you stay for a half day camp.
